Not really sure if these past events that were created in on-premise Exchange are having issues with Office 365 and causing this.Office 365 and Microsoft 365 subscribers get more frequent software updates than those who have purchased Office without a subscription, which means subscribers have access to the latest features, security patches, and bug fixes. This manager also had an event pop up this morning from a meeting from 2 years ago. It's spreading across the company, and we can't figure out what's going on.

A month went by with no problems, and then for some reason the Manager's account starting "Fowarding" the event to everyone on their team again.

They eventually got tired of it, so he deleted the events, and had one of his team members create theĮvent. The manager of a team had this problem with his account always sending out FW: invites of a meeting he created. It's also happening with different teams. And then their account will forward the event to everyone again.

I've had these people go in to their calendars, and deleted the FW: series and it will stop for a month. On the day of the event, somehow their account sends out another invite on the same day the original event happens.

And every day that meeting occurs, that user's account will automatically send it out again. It will go great for a while, but then without any interaction on the user, there will be one user's account that will send a FW to every single person in the company Someone will create a calendar event for the company (series). This problem did not start until we have been fully moved to Office 365. We originally had Exchange 2003, upgraded to Exchange 2010, then Exchange 2013, and then we moved to Office 365. We are having a very odd issue within our entire company with user accounts behaving very oddly with calendar events.
